Frequently asked questions

Do we need technical know-how?
No. The live ticker is built for communications and editorial teams. Your own domain only needs a DNS record.
Does the ticker work with our main domain?
The live ticker runs on a subdomain, for example liveticker.your-club.com. Your website’s main domain stays untouched.
Which sports are supported?
Periods and event types are fully configurable. In professional use the live ticker currently runs in ice hockey. Talk to us about your sport.
Can we integrate sponsors?
Yes. A standard ad and in-stream ads with separate creatives for desktop and mobile, including page views and clicks per match.
Do games stay available after the final whistle?
Yes. Every game stays in the archive on your domain as a match page.
