These terms apply to the use of the liveticker.io platform by professional clubs.
2. Service description
liveticker.io provides software to create and publish a web-based live ticker.
No specific sporting success or reach is owed.
3. Responsibility for content
The customer is solely responsible for all published content, especially:
  • Texts
  • Match events
  • Sponsor content
  • Advertising banners
liveticker.io does not review content.
4. Availability
We strive for high availability of the platform.
Continuous, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. Usage rights
The customer grants liveticker.io the right to technically store and deliver the uploaded content.
No further use is made.
6. Payment terms
Use is subject to fees according to the booked plan.
Billing is annual in advance, even if prices are shown monthly.
7. Trial period
The trial period lasts 14 days and ends automatically.
Cancellation is possible at any time.
8. Liability
liveticker.io is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
Liability for lost profits or indirect damages is excluded.
9. Termination
The contract can be terminated at the end of the term.
The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.
10. Final provisions
German law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office.
