a) When visiting the website
The following information is collected automatically:

  • Operating system
This data is used for technical delivery and security.
b) Registration and use of the Liveticker
When registering an account, we process:
  • Club name
  • Name of the responsible person
  • Email address
  • Login and usage data
Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
c) Liveticker content
All Liveticker content (texts, match events, sponsor ads) is provided by the respective club.
The respective club is responsible for this content.

3. Hosting & processing agreements

The website and Liveticker are hosted within the European Union.
We have data processing agreements in place with all service providers pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies to ensure platform functionality.
Optional cookies are only set with your consent.

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Demo booking

The booking button links to an external booking page (rezzervo.com). If you book an appointment there, the provider of that page processes the details you enter (e.g. name, email address, and your notes) for the purpose of scheduling the appointment.
Processing serves scheduling (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The booking provider’s own privacy notice applies on the booking page.

8. Analytics

This website may use analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager) to understand which content is used. Analytics scripts load only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner.
With consent we record events such as clicks on demo booking buttons and navigation or content views (e.g. “demo_cta_click”, “nav_click”, “case_study_click”, “article_click”). No ticker content from club domains is passed to analytics services.
